Location, modern furniture, lighting is excellent :)

Counters and tables needed to be wiped down; food residue.

The floors were noisy and kept my son and his family up due to some kids running and playing in the wee hours of the morning.

The staff and the cleanliness of the facility.

The floors creak above me from the guests.

The property is close to Carowinds which was great, and it had ample parking available.

There was quite a large cockroach that crawled into the room underneath the door.

Front desk staff was very friendly on all shifts. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

We are a parking lot maintenance contractor, so we pay attention to parking lots. Your lot as a few pot holes and it needs to be sealcoated and striped to really make your outside appearance pop and match the wonderful inside experience. Not trying to make a sale, just offering some advice.

the breakfast wasn’t that great. And the room had a strange smell, but it was tolerable. Also the showers are EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. If the hotel isn’t careful someone could fall and potentially get sued. so be careful!

Staff person at check in was disinterested and borderline rude. Staff person at check out was much nicer and helpful. Not much around the hotel. The only decent restaurant was Ruby Tuesday outlet that left much to be desired.

Only one elevator and it was slow.

The staff was great the rooms was very clean and breakfast was awesome.

I’m a little bit disappointed in breakfast I was expecting it to be a bacon but it was sausage but it was fine

super chic room and decor. probably one of the best layouts for us. clean clean clean!! Bed super comfortable and clean. location was easy from hwy, easy access to downtown and airport. great hot breakfast. clean pool. really impressed!

elevator was funny and slow lol but small potatoes. we used the stairs a lot. Sometimes no one was at the front desk. no issue but maybe a bell should be utilized

Very clean. Seen the lobby being cleaned twice within 5 hours and could smell the cleaner as soon as I walked in the door.

Daughter wanted to take a bath but we couldn’t get the tub stopper to work and also could not get the bathroom door to lock. Wasn’t a big deal but still irritating. Did not like having the heavy comforter on the bed. Would rather have a lightweight comforter and a extra blanket in case I wanted it.
