The location is great.

2 problems: 2 towels per room of 4 adults. faculty ran out of towels for rooms and pool. showers were out of shampoo and body wash. pumps attached to the shower not individually packaged ones to use.

Room was ok. not the cleanest but it was typical. Unexpected fireworks across the street.

Breakfast was terrible. Loud drunk people in the hallways at 2-3am. Shower seemed dirty. Seemed overpriced for what I got. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses that seemed more enjoyable.

The room temp was so warm and we kept having to turn the AC to get it comfortable . Also the fridge wasn’t cold enough and there wasn’t a way to regulate it. And the light bulb overhead worked half the time

The amount of chlorine in pool but there was a lot of kids swimming

Staff was so friendly. Stayed on new years eve and played cards in the lobby all night, was a blast!! had something been done about our unclean room it would have been a 10.

Bathroom was dirty upon check in toothpaste and sticky floor. Had to let someone into the room while we were trying to settle in. No apology made or other options offered.

bedframe bracket protruding hit ankle on it. Microwave inoperable because cord too short to connect. terrible shower with barely any water

Everything was very well as far as food and comfort. It served our needs for our trip. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy.

I did like the hotel but for the price we paid, e togought maybe the hotel was a little out dated. Being on a main road among other higher end hotels, you would think it would be of comparable updates. I also think they need to train the housekeeping departments better in cleaning. I went to take a shower and found a dirty facecloth from precious guest dried and tucked over the shower rod. Gross!
