Near the church we wanted to visit Nd the beach too
Extra charges we didn’t expect.

Near the beach and Marina. Also not too far from the church we were visiting.
The valet parking guy was great.
I thought there was free breakfast when i booked the hotel but not.
$40/day of valet parking is outrageous in my opinion.
We asked the housekeeper to come back after we left the room but didn’t.

horrible!!!!!!!!!!! insane noise. torture. had to unplug the ice machine myself in the middle of the night. put me and my kid on the TOP FLOOR when the hotel was empty!!!!! evil people. i hate you.

The king bed was comfortable with different pillows to choose from
Our first room was a handicapped room where the bathroom sliding door maneuvered as if it was off the track. The toilet handle had to be held down to completely empty the toilet. So we decided to change room. At first the receptionist said he would send up maintenance. He quickly complied when I said I’d rather change rooms. He gave us another handicapped room? We are NOT handicapped! Why weren’t we asked if we wanted a handicapped room? We chose to stay in this hotel because the friends we were visiting said it had been remodeled. It was old and had been shoddy remodeled. We had no desire to eat in the restaurant. The valets were very friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was great, good food and good service. The staff was lovely...very accommodating and professional. A special shoutout to Joshua, bellman /valet. He was exceptionally kind and went the extra mile to provide excellent service.
Stuffy and no air conditioning in elevators and corridors. The furniture in the lobby and our room needed to be cleaned. outdoor cushons were stained and needed cleaning also.. Also it looked like the corridor carpet had been cleaned recently and was not laying flat but had ripples in it....a tripping hazard for seniors like me.

Location is Great, beds very comfortable.
Did not like when arrived was told ocean view would be an upgrade of $20 p nite. On Booking.Com stated ocean view room. Few days later noticed additional charges $50 p nite for ocean view? Called and had charged reduced to $20. Also try to charged for bottle waters not opened. Recovered that also.

Location to beach and restaurants. The pillows were awesome. Customer service was excellent as well.
It was advertised that room had a view of the Ocean, in reality it was a postage stamp size view if you stood on the small balcony that overlooked the freeway 🤪

The staff was exceptionally nice, especially Randi and Lisa at the rooftop bar.
The hotel is in a very good location.
The property needs cleaning and updating. Our bathroom was not clean. Their was no mirror in the room other than the bathroom, so when 2 people are trying to get ready to go to a wedding it was a challenge.
The pool was very dirty. The furniture in the lobby is very dirty.
Overall the property did not seem clean.

Room was quite adequate! wishing the beds were queens instead of doubles, but other than that, the room had a nice layout and was very clean. We had a view of the ocean with a balcony. So nice!
The staff was so nice and so helpful. Breakfast bar was pricy at $25, and regular menu limited, so we skipped it and took a walk down the PCH and found a spot. Rented bikes and rode to San Clemente. Had dinner at Olemanti's, a wonderful Mexican spot. Walked to the Harbor where there were so
Carpeting in hallways had pet odor. Needs shampooing! A woman in the elevator had a dog and cat with her. I love animals, but that's a lot of cleaning to keep up with.

how when we paid the breakfast during my booking, hotel billed me the breakfast 30dols more!?!,
futhermore, I asked at the breakfast," wich are choice on the menu, when we paid breakfast before ?"
during the check out, the receptionist didn't have answer !!!! he told me, my manager will call you... i never received one call ..

clean and comfy room
NO WARM WATER WHOLE STAY COMPLAINED AND DIDNT TURN WARM AND MY BOYFRIEND COULDNY SHOWER THERE DUE TO SEVERE ILLNESS THE COLX WATER WOULDVE CAUSED A SICKLE CELL EPISODE

Great location decent view of the ocean
I understand it's going to be renovated this summer it needs it badly
The air conditioning units were very noisy and didn't work well
The air conditioning sensor on the sliding glass glass door was broken and it was hard to get the air conditioner to even work
The faucet in the bathroom was loose and moving around.
The sliding door for the bathroom was a wreck
The stop for the door was too far out and it would go too far one way. The glass on the door is a silly idea because during the middle of the night it lets light in to the room and wakes your partner .

This was a great location as it is across the street from a wonderful beach. close to the harbor and downtown.
Thin walls and hard beds. I did not like paying to park. Facility does not have a jacuzzi.

The staff was great - very courteous and helpful.
The hotel is next to Pacific Coast Highway. So much noise all night - made it hard to sleep.
The bathtub was stained and dirty looking.

Location was good
Bathroom sink faucet was broken and unusable, had to use shower water to clean up and brush our teeth. We had a late check in after our wedding, and were too tired to go back down to the front desk and argue. Upon check out, we told the front desk person about the faucet and they asked why we didn’t call maintenance to fix it, at 1:00am??? They said there was nothing they could do to give a partial credit. Very disappointed.
