It was clean and the staff was amazing always happy to help definitely will go back to this place
There was construction going on outside but it didn't have anything to do with the hotel itself but the parking lot could have been a little bit bigger sometimes there was nowhere to park

They upgraded our room without us asking to do so. It was a beautiful suite with a very nice full kitchen. The room was lovely with a view of the river. This was our favorite room on our week long trip. Wish all the other places were like this one!

The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was what we had expected. The cleaning staff went above and beyond. We left a pillow and a charger in the room. They ran them out to us before we could leave.

facility has been updated, newer furnishings, quieter than other hotels like this, comfortable, grass for pet areas. Rooms are comfortable with kitchens and desk, maybe 300 sq. ft.
bath sink had malfunctioning stopper so no drainage when arrived, no maintenance on duty at 4 p.m., we fixed it ourselves; location is on industrial rather run down side of snake River

The staff was a little all over the place but very helpful when we located them.

There was NO ICE ON THE PREMISES, no ice machines, ice maker in fridge not hooked up, none available in snack bar, etc.

Salt/Pepper shakers in kitchen were empty
I stayed a 2nd night in Idaho Falls and moved to another hotel.
I won’t stay here again.

Found this property and BringFido and the reviews were accurate: This place is fantastic for traveling with a dog. two dedicated relief areas and it’s right along a beautiful walking path. The rooms are very spacious, and my normally shy dog settled right in. Check-in process was fast and plenty of parking.

It wasn't the hotel but rather the Covid worries as we were travelling with two elders.

Everything was very comfortable
Bed to close to wall making it difficult to get in to and out of. Not enough utensils/ ]pots.pans , etc

Clean and having a kitchenette was great. Stayed here more than once so I guess that’s saying something.
Beds are full size but queen would be better. Bathroom door squeaked and no maintenance person available. Just bought some WD 40 and fixed it myself since we were there for multiple days.

Room was very spacious and clean. The staff was super-friendly and even gave us a giant bag of ice from the freezer behind the desk to start off our cooler with for that day when we left.
Nothing- stay was great. Nice location near downtown micro-brews and ice cream!
