The price was good. Breakfast was also good. Room was large and had all the necessary amenities. I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but they looked well cared for and clean.

This hotel as with many others needs to have a manager that does walk throughs and checks on how the staff is doing. Our room had no cream and sugar for their coffee machine. The tub shower handle to activate the shower is broken and hard to use. The dinning room is in need of care. Windows to the outside look like they have never been cleaned, except to can see the filth from previous cleanings last year sometime. The restaurant needs a weekly going through to keep it up to standards.

I liked that I had a room with a balcony overlooking the river.

The floor was uneven in the room and the hallway. My rolling luggage did not want to roll because of it. The sink faucet had toothpaste on it from prior persons stay. The bed caved towards the center. The carpet looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sofa looked like someone just had sex on it. It just felt dirty and I could not relax. The screen to the balcony had been cut like someone had previously tried to break in. If you are a single man that just needs a place to sleep and take a quick shower, this is your place. Otherwise, I would look around at the other options.

The room overlooked the river and had a lovely outside balcony. The room was very large and the beds were very comfortable.

The front desk staff were not that pleasant for both the check in and check out process.

The soap bar was too small. The bed was slightly tilted. One of the table lamps didn't work.

The property was run down. They charged us an extra fee of $50 for a view and the outside balcony was disgustingly dirty with dirty chairs and table and full of spiderwebs and dead bugs. When I told the woman at checkout she said its because of the wind and they clean it everyday. That is a lie, but I did not have time to argue with her. There is no way that balcony had been cleaned in months. I am not stupid.

The pool and spa were extremely relaxing after traveling all day. And the walk along the river was beautiful

The pillows were lumpy.

The room was updated and nice. The bed was soft, prefer harder.

The elevator broke down the next day. However we found out after we took the elevator. A staff member yelled at us for taking it saying there was a sign on it. I explained there was no sign on the middle elevator. All she kept saying was there was. She was not a nice person and treated me awful.
