The location is just perfect and literally within walking distance of UGA! The Dove soap and lotion is an added plus. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent as well!
The parking fee. Somehow I missed this when booking. It’s $7 a night so that was a little surprising when you check a charge and it’s separate but for the same place. Lady at the desk wasn’t as friendly about explaining it either. I didn’t defensively ask about it either but just felt she could’ve explained it less aggressively.

The breakfast was excellent; enjoyed the bath soaps and cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and to my liking. I will be staying here again next year. Also will recommend to friends.
The bathroom was a bit small but not much can be done about that.

The location was awesome-- walking distance to everything Athens had to offer, including Sanford Stadium. The hotel was incredibly well-maintained and the staff was super friendly. We would 100% stay here again.

Nice and clean. Recently updated. Quiet hotel. Staff very friendly. Gave us our choice of which floor we'd like to be on. We were acknowledged each time we came through the lobby. Liked the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. We were within walking distance of the show we came to see at the Georgia Theater. The room was exceptionally well lit, spacious and comfortable.
Our room was too close to the ice maker. Starting at about 6am we could hear people getting ice. In future I'll remember to ask for a room far from the ice maker.
One strange thing: instead of sample size shampoo/ conditioner/soap, there were pumps mounted by the sink and in the shower. This didn't affect me since we brought our own, but I would not want to use these open/ common use products.

The hotel in neat and clean. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably well equipped.
The staff at the reception are quite helpful. The housekeeping services are also good.
The buffet breakfast served everyday is almost the same. So it becomes extremely monotonous as we stayed for ten days. The menu should vary from day to day.

Location to everything i need was great. Bed was comfy, TV was superb. Room had plenty of space. Parking was also convenient to room.

It was within walking distance of downtown Athens and that is always a huge plus! The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The room was small, the water pressure was very weak and there was NO counter space in the bathroom. None at all, which made it very difficult getting ready in the morning.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The location wasn't bad, it was good. I drove every where. It wasn't in the middle of town but it was right beside it. To far for us to walk. Breakfast look like your basic. We didn't get to try it. We were rushed.
The parking lot was not good. I drive a suv and I found there were spots that was to narrow to drive through when cars were parked and backing out was a issue. The parking lot was very loud at night. Not fault of the hotel but cars running all night playing loud music and smoking which came into the room very bad. Both nights. Walls are very thin. When your nights are messed up it kinda messes up everything. I also didn't like the carpet in the room it felt dirty.
