Staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was exceptionally bright and clean.

Thank goodness the location was across the street from the pre graduation ceremony because I would have been late. Arrived after 3pm and waited an hour on a room had to attend ceremony in travel clothes and no shower. Roaches in room had to request housekeeping to clean. Location was great

it was easy to check in and out. The room was clean.

I didn’t understand the high price to stay there. it was way too much. I stayed at a Ramada Inn in Florida that was way cheaper, way cleaner and included breakfast. The parking garage reeked of cigarette smoke or some kind of smoke.

our air conditioner went out in the room. nothing was done about it. nor any discount on room. wife has stayed there a few times and never an issue. work all day drive up to daughters graduation. sleep about 2 hours because so hot in room. I was using the hose if my CPAP machine to blow air on me.

parking in the parking deck wasn’t accessible to the hotel. Room wasn’t clean, housekeeper didn’t want to give a extra set of towels. -Bathroom was dirty, (blood in sink). Beds could have been made better and looked more polished as far as the linens were concerned. needed firmer pillows. -Paying for Breakfast thought it was complimentary. -paying for parking in a detached parking garage. Too many reserved spots, didn’t have handicapped parking.

I always choose this hotel when I'm in Athens because of the proximity to the UGA campus. And I prefer Hilton properties.

We were in Athens for a big swim meet at UGA. However, we were there the weekend after finals, and the college kids were celebrating hard - up and down the strip. So lots of noise. No sleep Saturday night
