Que el anuncio decía que hablan español y no fue así, además nos cobraron un depósito el banco nos informa se hizo efectivo y ellos dicen que no… lo informamos y el hotel no nos respondió por el cobro . Es decir nos cobraron 300 dólares adicionales sin ninguna explicación

Top Lage, top Preis. Früstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Betten waren gut, Zimmer für 4 Mann etwas klein.

Jede Etage hat nur 6Zimmer, das Hotel hat aber weit über 35Stockwerke,jedoch nur 2x kl.Fahrstühle für max.8Pers. Dementsprechend lang hat man (zu Stoßzeiten/gerade Frühstückszeit/oder check-out Zeit) bis zu 15min auf den Fahrstuhl warten müssen, da alle bereits voll ankamen. Das war dann etwas lästig…das eine Mal sind wir vom 22.Stockwerk zu Fuss das Treppenhaus herunter gelaufen,um nicht das Frühstück zu verpassen.Leider waren viele Schulklassen zu unserer Zeit eingebucht,so dass oft zum Frühstück eine ganze Invasion von 25-30Personen auf einmal eintraf,der Frühstücksraum aber für so viele Menschen eigentlich zu klein ist. Das hatte dann leider die Atmosphäre einer Jugendherberge und war dadurch nicht so entspannt, da sich die grossen Gruppen immer zeitgleich verabredet hatten. Sonst hätte es sich vermutl.besser mit den den Gästen verteilt. Zimmer sind sehr schmal,ist aber typisch für New York.

The bathroom was small and the shower was TINY. It was so narrow one can barely move without bumping the shower door or grab handle. The roommate was fine. I little small but manageable.

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Time Square. Ruhige kleine Zimmer auf vielen Etagen. Ein Fehler bei der Abrechnung über die Kreditkarten wurde nach Heimreise und einem Hinweis von uns umgehend korrigiert.

Auch hier wie bei allen Hotels auf unserer Reise in Amerika typisches sparsames Frühstück. Leider nur Pappteller und Plastik beim Frühstück und sehr kleiner Raum für's Frühstück. Nur zwei Fahrstühle und damit in der Frühstückszeit schon mal lange Wartezeiten um nach unten zu kommen. Bei 32 Etagen ist die Treppe nicht wirklich eine Alternative.

O tamanho do quarto e poucos elevadores (poderia ter um elevador para os serviços).

Le staff est super gentil et tres acueillant. Nous avons eu un probleme avec la douche de la chambre et un technicien est venu tres rapidement pour le regler. L'hotel est extremement bien situé. Vous pouvez rejoindre par exemple Time Square en moins de 10 minute de marche. Le Rockerfeller center et la 5eme avenue se fait à pied aussi de l'hotel. Aussi le plus c'est que la station 42st se trouve à 5 minute de marche. De cette station vous pouvez rejoindre tres facilement les plus importantes atractions à voir à new york (MoMa, Natural museum, Financial district...).

En tant que Francais, le petit dejeuner etait en dessous de mes attentes. Le breakfast est à volonté mais il manque de diversité. Vous ne trouverez pas de legumes à manger. Mais si vous etes fan de waffles, vous y trouverez votre bonheur.

Located very close to Time square so fairly central to other tourist sites. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast provided was very good with a lot of choices. Staff were pleasant & very helpful

Para mi de 10, evidentemente el precio de new york es alto, pero tenia menos expectativas pero el desayuno, las camas, y la habitación fueron de 10

Location is top, staff is very kind, breakfast is good, elevators speed is very fast!

At peak times you need to wait for the elevators, a bit noisy - not well isolated.

Very little I liked about my stay. But the breakfast staff and the facilities maintenance guy were incredible! The maintenance guy not only was quick and responsive he had recommendations for food, book stores and museums for my group.

The first thing I didn’t like was the very misleading of their older location being re-routed to this location because it is closed and is now a competing hotel. We were told this would be comparable to the previous location which is now Romers Hell Kitchen. The hotel itself, nor the location were close to comparable. Things only got worse from there. The front desk agent double charged me for the stay at check in and it put a hold on my card for suspicious activity. When I let them know and needed a refund I got very stale customer service and although a manager was physically at the counter never intervened or tried to help. I called the Hampton Inn corporate number and was just directed to the front desk several times. When we arrived in the room the furniture was broken. (Why we interacted with the facilities guy). It was just overall dirty and uncomfortable. Far from our experience our last two years at the other location. I eventually did receive the double charge back on my card but the lack of customer service in that situation was a major turn off. We make this trip twice a year and we will certainly not go back to this location ever again. Just so disappointed because we have had so many positive Hampton Inn experiences throughout the east coast.

Just ho hum. Nothing terrible. Just blah for a "Hilton" owned property. Staff were helpful.

Check out was noon. We went to breakfast and to do a couple things, came back to hotel just before 11 30 to checkout and our keys didn't work because they void them. We had to go back down to terribly slow and busy elevators to re validate our keys. Annoying. TV was strangely archaic with limited channels, no in-tv channel guide or HD channels.

El desayuno no esta mal y las comodidades son suficientes

Que me cobraron dos veces la estadia. Estuve alojada 4 dias con mi familia, valor acordado por Booking era 1521.94. Al ingreso el 30 de agosto pagamos la totalidad 1898.93 el , estadia mas 250 de garantia con tarjeta de debito. Hicimos un reclamo en recepcion ya que nos cobraron 133 de mas y nos dijeron que junto con la garantia nos iban a reintegrar ese importe de mas. Para nuestra sorpresa a nuestro regreso vimos el 5 de setiembre que nos habian cobrado nuevamente la estadia con el importe correcto 1521.94. Hicimos infinidad de reclamos para que nos reintegren el primer importe cobrado tanto a Booking como al Hotel nadie nos dio una solucion . Hace un mes y medio que estoy tratando con mi banco que se me reintegre los 1898,93 Dolares cobrado de MAS. La Gerente, poco profesional trata muy mal a los clientes sin dar ninguna explicacion y nos dice que a ellos no les figura ese cobro del ingreso. Pero a mi me consta en mi extracto bancario que ese importe fue debitado de la cuenta por el Hotel Hampton Inn NY. Es una verguenza que este Hampton Inn este en los listado de Booking y Booking tampoco hace nada solo manda cartas simpaticas que no aportan nada para solucionar mi inconveniente.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, très proche du métro et de Times Square à pied. Nous avons testé 2 chambres car nous étions 2 pour 2 nuits, puis 3 pour 4 nuits. La chambre pour 2 est très grande, par contre pr 4, c'est la même taille, avec 2 lits doubles. Frigo dans les chambres. Les 2 ascenseurs fonctionnaient donc aucun souci. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une petite salle mais au mois de février c'est suffisant, on a toujours eu de la place. Ce n'est pas d'une qualité exceptionnelle (notamment les jus de fruits) mais varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Pas de problème de chauffage ou d'eau chaude. Pas de problème avec les serviettes et articles de toilette non plus. Vraiment pas déçue de ce séjour, malgré les avis mitigés des autres voyageurs.

Riien, j'y retournerai et le recommanderai sans problème.
