All in all, we had a good stay.

Breakfast mediocre. Also happy to be offered another room when the first one had shower issues.

Online booking indicated Accessible room best offer so we booked it. Shower hose kept spraying toward wall or floor and could not be adjusted for height. Water ended up all over the floor. I complained and we were immediately offered a room nearby so we moved.

A very pleasurable stay. I will be a return customer.

Staff were friendly and professional. Check-in, check-out easy. The building and my room was very clean. No bothersome noises. My room was very comfortable. The breakfast was really great, lots of choices. A very safe location and easy to get to from any roadway. Room rate was great.

I do not have anything bad to comment.

Amazing

Very spacious rooms, tall ceilings. Fully furnished with pots, pans, soap etc. Very clean, updated, rooms are in excellent condition. Showers are hot!

Best of the Best!

The Best of Staybridge I ever stayed! It was amazing experience staying at the hotel. The property is super clean and cute! Nadia on the front desk been extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you Nadia! 💝 I’ll definitely stay in this hotel once I’ll be back in town.👍

did not get rest don’t suggest staying on 1st floor ever

property was beautiful

the noise from above was uncontrollable lots of running jumping. notified desk 2x and still didn’t quiet down. we stayed for my elderly mother was having heart valve replacement n to get rest before surgery yeah that didn’t happen! I understand children but as a parent myself I taught my children to be respectful of others.

Very well kept hotel. Great staff.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice.

Didn't like the parking lot. It was to the east of the building and it needs more lighting. I would not my wife go out there by herself.

We didn't eat the breakfast...the coffee was excellent. The breakfast area was kept very clean.

Frustrating.

I didn’t end up staying there because of confusion with layout of room. The website room layout wasn’t the room they had for me and didn’t fit my group. I didn’t realize you had to tap on the floor plan to get the correct one. The person who arrived before me had the same issue and had to cancel their reservation as well.

Expensive for 1 nite. Will not return. Poor customer service.

Front desk failed to tell me they had frozen entrees on site when I asked if they had food available when I got in late. Just mentioned door dash etc which would have 2 hr wait. I noticed cooler of food in a.m. in breakfast area.

TV had no connection. I called and was told to turn off and on again. When that did not work I called back and no one answered.

location was perfect for a doctors appt. place was very quiet, clean, and very pretty.

would have enjoyed a hot tub along with the nice pool available.
