Cleanliness was lacking in a noticeable way. Elevator broken. Ceiling tiles missing in hallway. Glass inside and out very dirty with smudges and fingerprints etc.

The staff was alert, engaged and helpful. The location was perfect for trips to Sinks Canyon State Park and other trailheads. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was located on the main road, conveniently located by the museum. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The AC worked well. The breakfast buffet was as expected. They had a nice sized pool and decent gym.

I double booked online for the wrong day and Mia at the front desk was very helpful at helping me to get one cancelled and reassign the correct date for one.
She was very personable and efficient. Anyone would be pleased to have an employee like Mia.

Location was perfect as we were traveling to the Tetons and thermopolis on vacation. It was a convenient central location.
Room could have been cleaner. Thankfully I had some antibacterial wipes and did some cleaning of my own.
