Thanks to the help of Kevin Smith we got our reservation issue worked out. I had reserved 4 king rooms for 8 people through booking.com. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2 rooms. It was very confusing because I had also booked 4 rooms for 9 days later, also through booking.com. They did the same with that reservation. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2. We cancelled all 8 rooms and rebooked through the hotel. Kevin helped me talk to booking.com to explain what happened and tell them I should not be penalized for their errors. Booking.com was supposed to email the hotel to confirm this. Kevin gave me his business card and said he would work with me until the issue got resolved.

We had to leave before the restaurant opened for breakfast but had dinner there the night before. We were a group of 8 which was a little much for the amount of staff there. So we did not all get our meals at the same time. If fact one person did not get his until all the others were done.

It had a decent location and not too crowded

I didn’t get a password for the internet. Wasn’t as cleaned as expected. And too pricey for the quality.

Centro comercial Cherry Creek y del Estadio Empower Field at Mile Hihg, los desayunos estaban muy ricos y abundantes, la estación de hidrataciom con agua de piña, naranja limón etc, l alberca con agua caliente, y la atención del Sr Kevin Smith, y del Señor Dave, creo que son el gerente y asistente, me ayudaron en todo momento, las señoras que atendían en el desayuno muy amables el estacionamiento frontal y trasero muy amplios, los cafes de Starbucks muy ricos, el Barman del Bar muy amable igual, todo excelente,si regreso a Denver no dudare en volver a visitarlos

The location of the hotel was great and it is nice and updated

When booking online, it said breakfast was included. But it was not! Also, our room wasn't as clean as expected. The wall plate in the bathroom and bathroom door were dirty, as well as on top of the mattress under the headboard, which was gross.

Breakfast was okay - there were many options -

the coffee - food was a bit expensive
