The room was a good size, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. happy to have a microwave and frig. Hotel was quiet
Pillows were very soft i like a firm pillow, had trouble adjusting the room temperature. would have liked a continental breakfast.

l'entrée semble rénovée, il faudra penser à faire de même avec les chambres qui commencent à etre vielles. un ménage plus approfondi serait nécessaire. et changement des modules d'aire clim/chauffages. le petit déj, bien. mais les oeufs et les saucisses manquent de qualité.

Facile d’accès, stationnement gratuit, transport en commun juste à côté, piscine et café en libre service le matin.
Réceptionniste assez bête et n’a communiqué aucune information. Son collègue a pu récupérer le coup un peu, mais sinon il n’y avait aucune délicatesse ou courtoisie dans le service à la clientèle ( exception du type en question).

There were bugs in the room and despite requesting, nobody cleaned

The staff was great!
The pool and hot tub, which was the reason we chose this hotel was not worth it. The chlorine burned our eyes and skin and the hot tub was barely warm.

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Times Square in 20 minutes. Make sure you figure out the schedule before setting off.
Not much to do around the hotel. Once you come back in the evening, you are stuck.
