Extra lighting in the bedroom would help.

Goodmorning I stayed at winerset in room 5101 i would of been great stay but the bathroom was cover with mold i couldn't sleep casue im highly sensitively to mold i was coughing all night and couldn't sleep the AC was not working i want my money

The room wasn’t ready when I got there they were cleaning then we stood outside for 15 minutes the locked broke couldn’t get in then staff showed us how to open it with a credit card on first floor too then the window locks on bathroom windows were broke so my son put some wooden hangers up and down on the window to stop from lifting it up it was scary and uncomfortable this was my room my son room we got locked in and they staff had to come let us out so they said stay 1 night and we will reimburse for the second night I still haven’t got my money back

The location and layout of the property was great.

Too many things didn’t work. For example, the door knob fell off my bathroom and the hot tub did not work. I can overlook the obvious age of the facilities but it may bother some people.

The staff at the property were helpful despite misleading accommodations.

Website was misleading about room amenities. I attempted to be accommodated however staff reported there was not much too be done. Very dissatisfied.

I thought the staff were great, very helpful .. We had breakfast in our room.

We had ants the toilet wouldn't flush we could t use bathroom scared to flush it and the guy came in at 7am to 8am with a plunger and big snake for the toilet he told us not to use it we were asking for another room since we had until 21wm to check out they wouldn't give us another room and told me to use the bathroom in the office they gave a 20% discount but it didn't make up for that because that is the only time we have together out side of work and we could spend it the way we wanted too. And I'm always at their hotels so they could have done better. They also has us waiting for them to resolve the issue for about an hour it's waisted time and I was very unhappy
