The price. The bed was pretty comfortable too

Everything was gross. Shower head didn’t work. Brown water came out in the bath tub. Towels were stained and not sure if they were even clean. Floors were filthy as my white socks turned brown, with what little I walked around the room

Staff, airport shuttle, rooms clean

It was close to the Airport and the staff were friendly.

There was no lock on the inside of the room! There was nail clippings on the blanket. The room was REALLY small. Walls are very thin, so it was noisy. They charged me not only the $50 deposit which I got back, though an additional $50 on the room charge that I did not get back. I was told this was normal and I would get the whole $100 back. I only got the seperate $50, back. They still charged $168.32. Instead of the $118.32 it was supposed to be. The price is very high for this place. The biggest issue is the lack of sercurity for the rooms. I was traveling by myself and had no way to lock the door from the inside. Also the whole two seperate deposits and only getting one back is scammy. We'll see if they fix it.

Nothing

I paid for a non-smoking room the room they gave me smelled of cigarettes when I requested a refund so I could go to a different hotel. They said they would not refund me anything means it was after 4 PM even though I paid for a non-smoking hotel room, and they gave me a smoking hotel room.
