The bed was super comfy, soft and large, maybe too high for the European standards
It wasn't very clean. The drawer with the lamp on had some marks of a previous drink used on top of it. The hair dryer had some hair on it

Very dirty accomodation, non-functioning electric taps, broken toilet seat, worst accommodation on our vacation. I would be ashamed to provide this to a guest and would expect a refund. Does booking.com offer this quality???

too Loud, I can't sleep even in the night there're still so many people talking loud and walk around, very bad experience!

Wifi did not work properly and you could hear every step your neighbour (upstairs) did.

We felt rather unsafe in this neighbourhood and the motel place itself. People were shouting at night, there was some sort of a fight at 2 am. Weren't able to relax, but in the alert modus most of the time.

The proximity to the BART-station MacArthur.
The motelroom was not clean. The floor had not been mopped, there was only coffee for one day for one person. Only one towel was changed. The bathmat disappeared. The bath was clogged. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless and addicts like the whole of Oakland.

Location was one mile from our concert venue at Fox Theatre. It is right off the freeway so location is convenient.
There was a coffee maker but no coffee, not even any cups! Room was shabby and depressing, and it did not feel very clean, I did not want to touch anything. No hangers to hang your clothes. In the morning we had no water! THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.

The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There were a couple of minor problems, but the manager quickly took care of them.
