Kitchen had full size fridge! And a stove! Room was nice and clean and they accommodated my pet. I will be back!

I like the fact that the hotel was being remodeled.
My room was not ready at check in.

I was charged a second time for my room and have had to call 4 times to try and get a refund. I have yet to receive that refund and am very frustrated with the service.

The cleanliness was horrible, the beds uncomfortable, and the shower would not get warm

Nope, nope, nope! The hotel was overpriced for what it was. The room was dirty and I spent the evening killing bugs and roaches. I was afraid I was going to bring bed bugs with me given how bad this place was. Do not stay here!
There were so many bug and roaches, totally unacceptable.

I was contacted by the general manager the day of check in and advised that the air conditioning in my room was broken and there was no other room to accommodate me. He assured me that a bee reservation was made for me at the Courtyard Suites across the street. When I arrived, no reservation had been made and the hotel was completely booked. When I called Homewood Suites, the woman working the front dest was rude, dismissive and completely unapologetic. It was the worst experience I have had in the hospitality industry. Do not waste your money booking here. Be warned.

The ac unit loud. Water wasn’t hot enough. Tv small.

I booked a smoking room but didn't get one.i had talk to a person at the front and notify them that I needed to be in my room by 330pm because was there for a wedding.and assured me that it wasn't a problem.but when I get there my room wasn't ready. And they didn't try to help at all. I was late for wedding my day was ruined.

A lot of ladybugs in the room and the shower was dirty.

We only stayed for a night, it was nice and comfy. We did not try the breakfast but the layout looked good. Great location close to highway.
