I liked it enough to rebook it. The location is great because there is everything you need literally around the corner a mile away. It was comfortable and what I expect from the brand, though it is not one of the newer builds.

It's showing a little wear and tear, housekeeping has gotten a little slipshod in the details but the general cleanliness was perfectly fine. The mattress was a little too soft and my back ached in the morning. My complaints are minor, and this hotel is still worth the stay.

It was ok but not like described on the website.

What I didn't like was the fact that until after I checked out I was charged a $75 pet fee. Nothing was told to me about a pet fee when I checked in.

I truly loved my stay here. From the greeting staff at check in until we left, everyone and everything was great. My room was spacious and beds comfortabe.

The location was great, I chose this hotel due to the close proximity of the local college as I was in town for a certification

When I arrived I informed the employee at the desk that i had a zoom business meeting and needed to get into my room as soon as possible. She stated that would not be a problem and gave me the key to my room. When I arrived at the room and opened the door, the room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels, unmade beds and trash throughout. I notified the housekeeper who called another employee who arrived about 5 minutes later with a key to another room. I rode the elevator to the next floor arrived at the second room only to find the door ajar and a ladder and tools in the room that was apparently under repair. I had to walk the halls carrying my luggage until I found an employee to tell them that this room was also uninhabitable. She left me standing there holding my luggage and waiting for another 7-8 minutes until finally returning with a third key to yet another room. I had to ride the elevator again to a different floor to find this room. When I entered, the room was finally acceptable, however by this time I was late for my zoom meeting and had to throw my things down and try to sign in on my laptop. After 10 minutes into my zoom meeting, the internet went out and kicked me out of my meeting. I had to use the data on my cellphone to continue my meeting on a small screen where I could barely see anything. The internet did not come back on. After my meeting, I reached for the phone in my the room to call the front desk and ask about the internet. When I picked up the room phone, there was no dial tone, the phone was dead. I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk and when I asked why the internet was not working, she informed me she didn’t know and that she would call repair but that it would take a long time to get them. After all of this, I went down to the front desk and informed them I had to find another hotel that had working internet as I was there for business.
