Very nice staff, friendly, good hot breakfast.
Closet broken, curtains broken lots of highway noise, not as nice as other Hamptons I've stayed at.

Good location, close to AT&T Center.
The cleaning staff was so nice.
The front desk tried to open our room in the middle of the night, they said because they have problems with their reservation system. We were so scared that called the police, to be sure that was really front desk who tried to enter to the room. In the morning we tried to complain and the front desk manager doesn't allowed us to say anything.

Heater for jacuzzi was out of order. After a long day, this feature not being available was real disappointing.

It was so quiet we missed the breakfadt..
We really needed the sleep. Themed was the most comfortable hotel bed since about 15 years ago.

Lsy out of room 227 and was very spacious and comfortable.
No channel guide in room 227. Power outlet by the hair dryer did not work. Had to take it off the bracket and pkug it in somewhere else.

the receptionist let us stay in the pool a little longer than closing... I really appreciated that!
the rooms could have been a little cleaner. and maybe more towels would have been nice.

It was very clean, and the king suite was very roomy and uniquely designed. Breakfast was very tasty.
The charge was more than was agreed upon. The hot tub was barely warm, and the jets were broken. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. Also, a non dairy milk alternative option would be appreciated.
