The hotel does not offer breakfast as advertised. But the location was convenient for me. The fridges in the room very helpful but the stoves need to be cleaned inorder to be used. They smoked too much upon turning on. Last but not least there are cockroaches. Otherwise the staff is great and housekeeping is good. The carpets in future might need an upgrade.

There is no breakfast, the parking is 2 blocks from the property. My room was not clean, trash not taken out no towels in the room. The door was left open when I went to the room. The a/c did not work thank goodness it was not to hot outside. Then they rushed me to check out the room after I had to take all of my things out to wait for them to go back in and clean upon arrival and I get there at 6pm just saying they could have been patient with giving 15 mins. This is a horrible old hotel with no elevator and no fictional mechanical equipment. There was not even a working ice machine. Very very very disappointed just pay the extra one hundred dollars and go some where else. This is the reason why you have to pay in full up front because when you see the place you will NOT want to stay.

I LOVED the location of the hotel in the city. 1st time ever that I have driven to a location, parked my car, & it crank up u til time to go home. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke with just made us feel welcome.

The bed & shower didn’t look clean. There was hair all over the shower and in the bed. On the bed, not sure if there are different ways to measure, but your queen was way smaller than my queen. (This was a big deal for two plus sized individuals.) The. A little concerned about fridge being unplugged when we entered. Didn’t know if that was normal practice, or if something was not working on it.

The location was great. I also liked that you had to be buzzed in to get inside.

Everything. When I went check in there seem to be question as to whether or not our room already had someone in it. I even tried to cancel but it was non refundable. She went and checked and it was fine. The pictures on the website aren’t even close to what the place looks like. Very dirty and smelly. I get that places are old but can still be kept up. When we walked in the room was very hot and the dial wouldn’t go all the way to the coldest setting. It was just my daughter and myself and she felt very unsafe and begged me to leave.

I liked when it was time to checkout and leave.

It's harder to think of something I DID like about this unorganized death trap. I will NEVER stay here again and for $138 even the worst located motel 6 would be a very welcomed upgrade 2 young ladies had there vehicle broken into with the perpetrator still by there car and masturbating to them when they arrived in the parking lot which is way off site on a different block. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

It is great for the price. They are transparent on their website about what to expect. Room was in good shape. kitchen included. Slightly smaller room but again, I wasn’t expecting more than I got. Staff was great. I arrived extremely early and for a small fee I was able to get in the room by 11am.

I didn’t see the continental breakfast any morning.

The location was closer to my working venue Convention Center.

I booked for 2 persons a deluxe 2 queen beds room, when my other party arrived she could not be let in the room unless we pay an extra $69 and yet I booked for two people. Finally after proving with my booking is when it got sorted out. Basically there is an incompetent person working that does not understand anything. The room was so small that even the bedside furniture cannot be used its put sideways, cockroaches in the room, the tv is bigger than the space and protrudes to the walkway to kitchen; could hit somebody's head. The ned is so close to the door because the room is so tight for 2 beds. This is a horrible hotel with alot of noise throughout the night.
