Me aparecieron cobros en la tarjeta de crédito que no estaban especificados, mande un mensaje vía Booking al hotel hace 48 hs y sin respuesta aún. En el piso de la habitación había arena al momento de entrar

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants. Big roomy room. Only con about the room would be the bed for me. Was hard and could not get comfortable to sleep.

The elevators were on the fritz a bit. But I only had to walk the stairs once (10th floor 😭)

We paid over a 180$ per night and the room was very dirty and had cockroaches

Staff was very rude no room service and asked to wait for 1 hour

Ocean View Lavern Taylor made sure things were made right.

They couldn’t facilitate my family. We cut our trip short due to no towels or wash clothes. Asking several times by messages & directly at front desk we received none. Also the beds are NOT big enough for two adults. Please be sure you get queen or king size.

Il manquait des linges à la piscine et au fitness La chambre et le fitness était sales. Nous avons dû demander qu’ils lavent la chambre à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le restaurant car la carte ne faisant vmt pas envie.

We had trails of small aka piss ants that stayed on the top of the headboard of our bed. We would constantly wake up in the middle of the night and they were crawling on us. Very frustrating however the next thing we experienced was 4 of the 6 nights we were there when the lights had been off and I’d get up to get a drink from the fridge and turn on the lights I was literally killing roaches with my shoe. We just got home today and our luggage is still sitting in the bed of the truck because I have never had bugs or roaches and I refuse to bring our bags into our home until I go through every single piece of clothing because I will be livid if I find a roaches in our home. We don’t live nasty and I refuse to bring this in my home. Every single piece of clothing will get washed even if it didn’t get worn. It will go from the bed of the truck straight to the washer. That was very frustrating and disgusting as well as the fact we could not sleep without ants crawling on us. We were so embarrassed that we didn’t tell the staff in the moment because what was going to really happen anyway.

The location of this hotel was probably the best thing about it.

We were there for 5 days, not once did we have any type of room service. If we wanted something we had to ask multiple times at the front desk, even speaking to the manager on duty did not help. There was mold growing in our room. The pool was nasty, peanut shells, trash accumulated on the steps. The equipment in the work room was not operable. The staff was less than friendly. Never again will I stay at this location and possibly other locations due to this visit and the care of the facility.

The view alone was worth it. Front desk Staff was friendly , room was clean and smelled nice , beds were are full size not queen which is smaller than what we are used too but they were comfy so we didnt mind. Restaurant next door was great , and there is plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Parking was annoying , we got lucky and got a spot out front upon arrival but had to park across the street once we left the hotel , it's a short distance so not horrible just a little inconvenient. Housekeeping and maintenance staff could use some customer service training only one out of several spoke and the others responded with a blank stare when I would say hello, one gentleman brought his Cart on the elevator forcing us to back into the corner of the elevator and looked at me like I had lost my mind when I said good morning. I understand not all people are nice and they have a hard job but when a guest speaks the least they can do is respond.

It was clean and had an island aesthetic.

I did like the low light at the bottom level entrance to pool and beach. It felt creepy and unsafe because the lighting was very dark and yellowish. I had issues with the elevator code(my fault) to which the elevator kept taking me to the bottom level. When the doors opened, I became immediately anxious because the lighting was cold and it felt isolated dark and quiet. It gave me scary movie vibes😱. That space need to be brightened up and inviting. Also, the parking was horrible. You should have enough space exclusively for your guests to park rather have them park at other properties.

Location was great. Never a wait on elevators. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the kitchenette.

The floors were terribly dirty. Some I understand due to sand from being beachfront, but I'm talking our feet were black after walking on them. Would have been great to equip the rooms with a broom and I would have gladly swept. Pool and hot tub could use some updating, but served their purpose. Still waiting on my 50 deposit for incidentals to be refunded to my card.

The young lady @ the front desk was very pleasant. When I called down to the front desk the staff was responsive.

I had to call down to the front office to get service for my room. When the lady came she told me to grab all the towels & trash. While I did that she was on her phone.

Closeness to a couple of the restaurants.

Didn't like that there wasn't enough parking!! When arriving to our room, the floors were not cleaned. Sand had not been cleaned off of them!!
