Lovely condo. Excellent common facilities. The umbrella and beach lounge chair service is a fantastic extra!
Hot tub could be warmer but there is a steam room and dry sauna as alternates.

Beautiful view. Very clean and pretty much everything right at your fingertips. Very comfortable also. Parking was great.
I did forget my phone charger and sent a message within a 1/2 hr after we left, but never got a reply back.

I will not stay at any other location when I visit again. Everything was superb. Huuuuge balcony with many chairs including lounging chairs. Great WI-FI. It’s the end of January and I swam in outdoor and indoor pools. Steam room was nice and clean, so were pools and outdoor jacuzzi, which was nice and extra warm. We stayed for a week and leaving today. Wish we could stay for another week. Cable Tv and Roku were a major plus. Management responded swiftly with any questions we had. Thanks, Val for all your fabulous management skills.

Absolutely everything. It was best place I have ever stayed at in Panama City Beach. And I have been going there for many years at least once or twice a year. Have friends who live there and they said they have heard many great compliments on this place. They were right.
I couldn't tell you a single thing that wasn't just perfect.

The ocean view was excellent. The location was great. Nice pool,and steps from them ocean. Unit was clean , however sofa bed a little dated. Overall very good.
No carts, so bring wagon.

The location, the views, the private beach, and the staff were all fantastic!!! Clear ocean water, warm indoor pool, large outdoor pool, hot spa pool, sauna, and beach service included all made it very special.
We also felt very safe with the resort security making rounds.
Mini golf and go karts right across beach road, and some nearby (walking distance) restaurants and shopping made the location even better.
If the weather had only been a little warmer all week it would have been nearly perfect.
The shower heads weren't adjustable, some of the jets would trickle others would just about peel your skin off. It would be nice to have the removable (handheld) shower heads.
Also, the reserved parking spot has support pillars that come right next to the driver's side of the vehicle. It makes it difficult to position the vehicle to open the doors.
