the property had everything you needed from a restaurant to a pool. Stone Mountain is so beautiful.

we got there and they changed our rooms last minute. the rooms balcony door didn’t work so I had to call and get them to fix it.

Room view was of a dirty roof. and terrace was dirty with old chairs that were falling apart. Price of breakfast was 29.95 and the food was terrible. It made us sick with diarrhea. Paid for a late check out and a man that works there knocked and opened my room door at 12 o'clock then 10 minutes later a woman from housekeeping was knocking on our door. Didn't know we were a late check out. Our check out was for 2pm. The Rock bar and grill at poolside was closed. The pool area was never blown/cleaned off . Chairs and floor area around the pool had a lot of dirt and debris from trees. Pool had black ring around top tile. This was definitely NOT worth the money or being called a RESORT. Booking.com said it had bike rentals and that the breakfast was 15.00. Not true. We would have chosen a different RESORT to go to if we knew the things that mattered to us were closed or did not exist. This place is definitely not worth the money!! Very unhappy with this place and our stay. My husband and I work a lot. We wanted and very much needed a weekend of rest and relaxing and ended up confused, annoyed, disappointed and sick from nasty over priced food. The only positive thing was Denise the front desk manager! She handled our concerns and complaints in a very professional manner and showed empathy. However I feel I should get a refund of at least half of what was changed. Due to all the problems and things not being open that was part of the cost. So yes I'm asking for a refund of half the cost. Thank you for your time, Wanda Battle

There was no microwave in the room, the water didn’t drain properly in the BR sink, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant had been advertised at $15 online but actually cost $30, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby (had to buy it at Starbucks), no table on the balcony, and the double Queen bed room could have been bigger considering the price.
