The location was a huge bonus to the airport. 10 mns it couldn't be any closer than that
The room smells, the carpet stinks, the AC doesn't work properly. The bathroom is very cheap looking

Nothing. It was dirty and the cops were called around 10am due to the people in the room next to us fighting. When I say the hotel is dirty, that is being kind.
The surrounding area was fine.
The dirt, the filthy carpet in our room, the dirt, the cops being there and all of that drama taking place outside of our room and oh yeah the dirt. I forgot about the broken window and broken glass in between the window and the slide.

Location
The hotel has gone downhill. I have stayed there in the past and it was very nice. Very dirty, breakfast bar was disappointing, stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned. Had to have my room key recoded every day.

The bed
Toilet was dirty had poop splattered in the bowl and all around the rim still. Towels were not clean and had stuff in them. Bathtub had hair all threw it.

The room was clean, well-appointed and attractive. Heat was easily adjusted & worked well.
There were some minor repairs which should be done, such as smoothing out some areas in the plaster, and cleaning the screen in the faucet or replacing the nozzle.

I checked out a day early and I would like a refund at least for one day please?
It was a very nice,and professional hotel. If I had to go back there, I absolutely would over the motel 6 or The hilltop inn located on i-79.
It was a decent hotel. The staff was very professional.

Bathroom paint peeling, grout missing, tile loose, and the bed was only good for 1 person or a couple that doesn't like each other much.

They insisted I pay prior to allowing check in but could not come in until check in time and called to let me know that I would be canceled if I did not pay and I was in parking lot waiting for check in time 3pm
