Friendly staff. Good price. Updated rooms, mostly clean. Ample parking.
Floors were dirty and sticky, turned our feet and socks black. Towels very thin. No coffee after 10am. No breakfast.

I booked this room because people claimed it was clean. the floor was FILTHY. there was leftover trash on the floor from the previous guest, there was so much dirt piled up my feet were BLACK from walking across the room, and there were leftover razors in the bathroom. it was absolutely disgusting.

Wouldn't accept my credit cards. Toilet seat broke in bathroom. Had to pay cash. Used the same credit cards to eat at restaurant and venue we went to, with no problem. Lobby closed only could speak to manager through small window

Stay at the site because of location.
Room was over priced for quality of furnishings,
we had several cockroaches in room,
needed handicap room, handhold for toilet was mounted behind toliet so it was totally useless.

It was a sketchy part of tone and practically on the highway with lots of noise.

The manager on duty was a rude and hateful little man. Zero customer service even made the comment “People like you.” Would never stay here again.
