Location was good. Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was excellent, very spacious, like an efficiency apartment. It had a kitchen equipped with full stove and oven, microwave, full refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, sink, counter space, dishwasher, small sitting bar with 2 bar stools. Additionally, it had a large desk with chair, internet. Even though the hotel was very close to the airport, I didn't hear any airplanes.

It was very late at night when I got in. I had to ask for another room, because the one originally assigned to me had cigarette smell. However, the hotel staff was very apologetic and they reassigned another room immediately.

Got in town before 8AM on 5/3/24 and left at 1AM on 5/5/24. Tried to negotiate checking in earlier and was told that it was no happening unless I paid another $45. Graduation began at 5:30 so checking in at 4 was not an option and I had to go to someone else’s home to get dressed. On 5/4/24. The bed was not made and no towels were available so we couldn’t take a shower before leaving. The morning of 5/4 they ran out of the continental breakfast, even the pancake machine that was not cooking the pancakes properly stopped working. I was wondering what am I paying for especially when they wouldn’t even let me in to dress for the graduation. After that conversation they should be on their A-game with at least me.

I should’ve written in this box so refer to the like box. I don’t plan to spend my money in a place so insensitive to my needs then come up so short on what I paid for.

Clean and roomy for the money

Was slightly plain but for work purposes it provided a comfortable place to stay that was convenient to what we were doing there.

Great room and facilities

The breakfast was RIDICULOUS!! The reviews said it was the "best breakfast around." Imagine our surprise when it turned into a "breakfast to go" that included a muffin, juice and yogurt. We chose this hotel because of the breakfast review. We were sorely disappointed!!
