Courtyard Comfort

The staff was friendly and attentive. Of course I loved the fresh chocolate chip cookies.

There was no option to have a microwave oven in the rooms. Going to the lobby to reheat your food is such an inconvenience.

First impressions are lasting impressions. Very very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very accommodating and met my needs for a restful night.

I was supposed to have a king bed and pullout couch. I complained but they never took care of. My man child 10 year old grandson had to sleep with his g-ma and me

It was a great stay. We will probably stay here again next year.

Great location, near I-71, shopping centers, and local communities Blue Ash, Montgomery, Madeira, etc. Ample parking, nice rooms, very nice staff.

Went to a Reds Game 7/3/21 and decided to stay overnight picked this location, not the best place

GOOD LOCATION

Bathroom had hair on the floor and it was there when inspected the room that is not right. The hallways were dirty and had an old hotel smell. Elevators in bad locations literally had to take the stairs, poor hotel design.
