The pool was not clean with a foam and grease, oily water, tried to dial from desk from the pool, the phone was not working

The attendant was informative and kind.

Not enough staff so the restaurant was not available. We were told that we could not have cleaning services due to being short staff.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were polite and knowledgeable.

The room was lovely! The pool is also crystal clear! Outside is a great place for kids to play safely! The staff was amazing! I truly love coming to this hotel, the breakfast, as amazing as well! 10 out of 10

the property was beautiful. the courtyard was well kept and the seating was cute. every area was clean and welcoming from our room to the lobby seating, outdoor seating, fitness center, the cafe. it was wonderful. and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I also enjoyed being able to include my breakfast and choose what I wanted

I wish my balcony had seating. I seen several of the lower level patios had chairs. and I really wish my balcony had them and maybe a small table. would have made a nice spot for morning coffee.
