Large room, comfortable bed
Housekeeping was solely on request and you had to pre-order it 24 hours in advance. I think it should be scheduled every 3 days without a prompt

Very clean, very welcoming. From checking in to breakfast to asking where stuff. Everyone was very generous and accommodating.

The location, the staff, big room.
the carpet looks old, the breakfast area isn’t tidy and organized well. the pillows needs to be changed. not the covers but the pillows itself.

Excellent location right across from the King of Prussia mall!
Bed was just okay… maybe time for a new mattress? We were on the first floor and it was a little noisy. No hair dryer in the room.

The Hotel was in close proximity to the Mall.
The Hotel staff. One of the staff knocked on my door three hours before my check out and yell through the door " YOUR CHECK OUT TIME IS TODAY". I've stayed in Hotels all across the country and some parts of the world and I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I had a better experience at a Motel 6 I stayed in as young man. This place is a dump.
