the woman In charge never wants to give me a good room. she always tries to give me the rooms with roaches or the rooms where the facilities don’t work. I am a customer, a customer that always goes to thunderbird and shouldn’t only be allowed to sleep in a smoking room, when there’s other rooms available

it’s quiet and the bed was comfortable.

There were roaches coming in and out from under the floor, roaches in the restroom and the roaches were too fast to kill and were climbing in hard to reach places. which made it hard to try to sleep at night

They put us in a room that they already knew needed a new AC unit. The room was hot had to sleep with window open, when we told the manager about AC he said oh yeah we ordered a new AC unit for that room jut has not come in yet. He then said we will give you a discount upon check out. The shower only had cold water not hot water at all. When we checked in they could not find our reservation had to pull up my email with confirmation, I believe that’s why they put us in room with broken AC because they lost our reservation to begin with. Night was horrible no sleep because it was so hot in room. Upon check out manager only gave us back $40 after we told him how hot room was and how we couldn’t even shower properly because only cold water was coming out, he then questioned us about cold water as if we were lying. Will NEVER come back here worst experience EVER!!!!!

I didnt like the price i pay $151 around 10 pm or 11pm i dont remember but if i paid that much i was expecting a nice bed nice ac nice room it was awful ac didnt work room was not finished lainted they gave me room 204 .i should of went to budget inn for $90 bucks n i get bbetter room.
