The smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night.

One of our 2 rooms was dirty and smelled of cigarettes—transferred to a second room, which was better, but still not what we expected.

The staff was very nice. The location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee in our room. One of our favorite hotels by far.
There was nothing that we did not like about our stay. Will be booking again in the future.

the lobby was nice and modern.
after seeing a nice, modern lobby, upon entering the rooms you find yourself in a time warp of 20 years, with antiquated phones, peeling wallpaper, and stained carpet. oh, and mold on the ceiling.

The location was good for our stay as we were going to Topgolf to enjoy some golf. The room was good sized and the beds were comfortable.
Our room had an odor that was slightly unpleasant. The AC rattled through the night, and didn't cool the room very well. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or cold, there was no happy medium.

stayed on 4th floor…in need of some cosmetic renovations. pillows were awful.

The heater in the bedroom was loud so sleep was at a minimum that night.
