Great location in Hampton

Felty room - there was so much dust in the room #176 that you could write your initials on the night tables, TV unit, coffee machine and wood table. All mirrors were full of finger prints, including the microwave door. The room was smelly, the carpet stained in various areas....seriously, for a Best Western Plus, this property should have been rated a 2* and be stripped from its banner. Very poor experience for a high booking rate - I don't recommend this hotel!!!

We did not end up staying the lock and handle fell off of my hand when I got to the room the toilets were dirty the bathroom was dirty the rugs were falling apart everywhere we checked out as soon as we checked in after moving to another room that had issues too I was supposed to be fully reimbursed and I have not been fully reimbursed I have constantly stayed in places through booking never having issue really before this was terrible pictures need to be changed updates need to be done doors need to be fixed and cleanliness was really bad no lock should ever fall off in your hands I also called the facility and asked them if they had an elevator they told me they did which was not true.

The pool area and breakfast accomodations were nice

The hotel on first floor was flooded when we arrived. Our room, not affected by the flooding, was dirty and I found a playboy magazine in the closet. I traveled with my child.

I didn't like anything seeming how I didn't get chance to stay because they cancelled few hours before we were supposed to check in.

They cancelled within 3 hours or so of our check in time (we had already finished trip there and checking out beach) she wasn't exactly pleasant about it and didn't even try to offer help or anything towards another place to stay.. extremely disappointed... we rented 3 rooms for whole family and ended up getting split up anyways..

Very nice layout to the building. Quiet location but near lots of things to do. Very kind and friendly staff. Good waffles. Nice pool. Ample parking. The room was very nice with Comfortable beds.

One of the blankets had white stuff (clay?) on it. Alerted the front desk and they apologized and the staff brought us a new blanket right away. This did make us question the cleanliness but everything else seemed well cleaned.

We enjoyed the pool . Breakfast was awesome! There was so many wonderful choices to choose from. The front desk lady happily changed us to a 1st floor room . We will definitely come back!

The only drawback was trying to figure out the TV remote . We ended up just punching in numbers . Maybe directions could make it easier for the next person?

Clean and accessible to the beach. Breakfast buffet was great, free coffee and water in the lounge was a perfect feature too!

Heated pool could be a few degrees warmer but it was still nice to use I enjoyed it.

I went last year same time and the hotel and staff was back to normal expectations. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had good variety . Tables clean and serving area very clean.
