I thought the DIY waffle center was absolutely amazing! For some reason we got upgraded to a larger balcony suite on the seventh floor which was unexpected and amazing! Only complaint I had was parking spot on second floor of garage, parking spot was full of stagnant water due to the condensation line of air conditioning equipment being drained directly on the floor of garage. Also as a smoker I did not like there was no smoking on the balcony. Other than those two things the experience was amazing and we will return next year.

We expected like pancakes, bacon, but it was good. Lines were long for the waffles.

Everything was great. We stayed Friday night and left Monday morning. From staff to housekeeping was exceptional!

Location, it is right on the beach, with many restaurants and stores all around it. Can't beat being able to just walk a few steps to get in the beach. Also, breakfast was included. Check in and check out were very quick and easy.

Well, the rooms are not well taken care off. The mattress on our sofa bed was super thin and old, the shower poll fell on us and my husband had to put it back, we reported it but no one came. I asked for extra sheets for our sofa bed, never received them.

Staff was always ready to help and friendly, breakfast was a hit, we liked parking on same floor as room to ease loading/unloading.

AC didn't cool the room, elevator was so slow that we used the stairs every time, pool had a pool light floating in the pool while kids swam, sand in the bed upon arrival, sliding door didn't lock, bathroom door wouldn't close/open without waking everyone up.

Cleanliness of pool and pool area. Parking deck could not accommodate large vehicles or automobile luggage carriers. Room floors need carpets cleaned better.

The room was not clean when arrived. Drawers were dirty inside. There were roaches in the room. Hot water takes too long in the shower. Floor Carpets were dirty. Fan was dusty, sofa bed very uncomfortable. Elevators were out of service most of the time.

Perfect hotel location close to the fishing pier, nice rooms with ocean view, well breakfast, parking lot for each floor, ok for families

I didn't like the forn desk service 😕. They act as if we stayed there for free. We didn't get any room service. For towels and soap, I have to ask the front desk for it. I will not be staying at this hotel for next time. Please don't send me any kind of promotion from this hotel. Thank you.

Great location

Breakfast was ok. All of the staff was A+. Very helpful. Including desk,cleaning people, breakfast workers.

The bathroom …. Tub stained. Drain very slow…very slow. Balcony floor needed painted. Chairs cheap on balcony. Needed new doors to balcony. Beach chairs would have been nice.

I liked the parking being in the same building as the hotel, the remodel pool , breakfast times/food, friendly staff, and cleanliness.

I don’t like that they don’t have a restaurant for ordering food (lunch and dinner) at least for their guests.

The location and view from the room was amazing. Th,e parking was awesome! The breakfast was enjoyable and efficient. The staff overall were pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom shower walls were missing caulking and there was dirt and dust build up in the corners of the floor. The balcony patio door was dirty, which was a shame since the view was amazing. The bathroom door had dirt build up around the handle and bottom of the door. The patio curtain was not clean. There were dirt marks on the desk lamp shade. Overall, the room felt "grimy". I have never had a wrinkled comforter and sheet set on a hotel bed before. The hotel pool was absoluteley unusable. There was an unpleasant odor from the pool, along with floating debris and dirt debris on the pool stairs. This was one of the main criteria we had in renting from this hotel. There was also an unpleasant incident involving human waste on the second floor in front of the elevator, and human waste was on the carpet of the elevator as well. The staff covered 80 percent of the mess with cardboard and it was not taken care of until three hours later! We used the opposite elevator for the rest of our stay. I feel like this hotel misrepresents it's star rating and if I would have known the condition of our room beforehand, I would have never chosen this establishment for my family vacation.

Was bitten by Bugs on the linen on the bed. Was move to a smaller room than which was booked. There was No lighting in parking lot /completely dark. Spoke with management, and he said he knows.
