Heat messed up but was fixed before following night

Parking, not enough spaces and nor enough lighting at night The gym was not up to date , unclean, and tv did not work Hotel hallway had a distinct smell Beds were not comfortable Sink did not drain properly

The property was very close to Busch Gardens which is why we came to Williamsburg.

This property is definitely in need of a better upgrade. You can tell that they tried to “band-aid” some of the issues. Overall, my room was clean but my window was full of bugs and spider webs. The air conditioning unit was not the best and didn’t circulate much air. The beds were kind of hard and a little uncomfortable.

I like the location of the hotel, very convenient and close to attractions.

I didn’t like the quality of the hotel, The pictures online were deceiving. I expected it to look similar to the previous country inn I booked.

Staff was nice

Rooms were really bad. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, my kid used the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t close easily, so the door had to be slammed. The door slamming caused a ceiling tile above the shower to come crashing down in the shower. Called the front desk but maintenance was gone. They came up and removed the tile but had to shower with a large exposed hole in the ceiling. Breakfast food was too salty.

Close proximity to Colonial Willuamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Breakfast was good.

Mattresses, sheets and towels are showing their age and should be replaced.

The hallways and room smelled. The first room we were offered did not lock.

I like breakfast was good I like the pool kids have fun

I didn’t like it is not any flowers you can see in the garden or some pots flower are nice to see I didn’t like it the bath tub was clogged so the sink was clogged to but other then that the place is wonderful
