Great location, close to restaurants and right on the beach. Rooms were well equipped and very accommodating. Newer than many of the hotels on the strip

Got stuck in the elevator the first day and was in there for 20 minutes. They didn't seem to have a very good safety protocol for that. When it finally got to the first floor the staff seemed surprised and didn't offer any apologies or explanation. Terrifying experience

First, the staff is very helpful. They checked every day by sms if we needed anything and how our stay was going. Special thanks to Marisa and Kortnee! Second, comfort and cleanliness of the room. We booked a studio but at check-in our room was upgraded to one bedroom free of charge. It was spacious and equipped with a kitchen that had everything you may need to cook a proper meal - great if you want to keep your specific diet on vacation. Third, location at the oceanfront next to the fishing pier with lots of places to eat in a walking distance. Fourth, hotel policy regarding silence at nighttime. It was very quiet. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Internet is a bit slow for watching movies, but ok for any other use.

one working elevator and it broke down had to walk up to the 10 th floor but it was repaired after 2 hours.

Was weird with balcony was in bedroom but after see the ocean in the all glass window in the sitting area I changed my mind. Room view was excellent

Wallpaper was pealed back in the bedroom upper corner by the bed. And the tv’s weren’t smart tv’s.

I liked that it had a kitchen.. The location was nice. Check in was fairly simple. Maintenance responded quickly when called. The bed was comfortable. The Staff was friendly. It was quite despite the fact that we we had the city view. I thought I selected an ocean view. Staff didn't even offer me it as an option.

We had problems with the toilet flushing, sometimes it kept running. Ironically when I called maintenance it stopped, but then it would start again once they left. I filled the trash can with water one time and dumped in the toilet to get it to flush. The frig at one point sounded like it was gonna blow up.. For the money they charge you would think these things wouldn't happen need to update the space. I was hard pressed, almost harassed the moment I got checked in to attend a presentation. I hadn't even unpacked my truck yet. Matter of fact I told the guy my truck was in the garage running with my kids in it waiting for me to check in. I said lord can at least get my stuff in the room.. give me sometime because I was rushing to get my stuff unloaded. One hour later, he called my room. wanted me to come down so that he could finish up and leave to go home. He was very nice but the pitch was high pressured for me to attend the presentation. Yall I was there for AAU basketball that weekend. Had just drove 4.5 hours.. All I wanted to do was get in the room.. clean and relax.. I end up at what was suppose to be a 1.5 hr presentation that took over 3 hours and my son got to his game 5 minutes before the game began. I tried to tell them a number of times I had to go.. It was hold on hold on.. Oh, there was an electric fire on the morning of check out. YOU COULD NOT HEAR THE ALARM FROM INSIDE OF THE ROOM. I got a text message saying to exit as quickly and safely as possible. I was confused.. peeked my head out the door to investigate that' when i heard Again we had games that morning. so What did we have to do? Grab what we could and leave while the fire department investigated. Once they left. We went back in, finished getting our things. My son didn't even have time to shower, he was late for his first game, we were all rushed.. and do you think they offered any type off credit or compensation or even so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Nope!

I booked 2 bedrooms apartments through booking.com, we got there by 4:30 pm , the check in process was okay. later that night about 11:30 pm my kids were sleeping and we were getting ready to sleep. we heard someone opened the door its was a couple that trying to open the other bedroom they told me that they were given the some keys😯how embarrassing is that . what in the world they double booked the room .
