Value and location

Amenities, poor and fitness center closed for renovations. One of two elevators are out of service during our stay. Hot water was not hot enough to make tea. A little disappointment.

It was comfortable. Stayed here once in the past.

The door being inbetween the shower and the toilet. Also I requested a late check out for noon with the gentleman who was very nice and helpful, and this morning at 1136am when me and my boyfriend was getting ready to leave there, the housekeeper knocked on the door and rudely told my boyfriend that check out was at 11am when I specifically requested for 12pm to check out. So miscommunication on the staff .

The noise. We were in 114. People were yelling in the halls all night. Didn’t get much sleep.

I would recommend this place to friends. Nice view if the ocean too.

Someone had spilled something in the elevator…but not the hotels fault.

1. Comforter had stains. 2. Dog continously barking! 3. Paying for Parking!

The location was great the breakfast was ok

I didn’t like the fact that I originally had reservations for 1 night 10/27 added an additional night for 10/26, arrive at the hotel late around 11 checked in paid fine. Friday night around 10 got a knock on the door that I need to come down stairs and pay that my reservations was cxl.Long story short my reservations was separate instead of together so I had to pay to separate payments versus paying everything together, I thought the desk clerk charged me for 2 nights come to find out she didn’t inconvenience and hotel mixed up.Also I think it is Ridiculous to charge your hotel guest Parking fees when the are staying at the property .

the ladies at th front desk were 10/10 in their customer service and friendliness

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was good didn't need to go out. room was clean but bathroom could use a little more cleaning.

Wasn't very clean, elevator nasty thru out the day, room had left over food in draw from pervious customer, had to pay for parking in there own lot, pool wasn't kid friendly

Clean rooms. Free coffee. Pets allowed.

Loud music through the night in parking lot. People drinking a ton at the pool and listening to vulgar music with tons of profanities. There was a housekeeper shortage so if you needed something they wouldn't be able to get it for you, and rooms were not able to be turned down. There was a sign that said just call the front desk and they would have it up front if you need something, but when we would use the phone to call the front desk they would hang up on us. There was only one hook in the room to hang up towels or wet bathing suits. Staff was just kind of rude. There was a $15 fee to park per night.

It was close to the beach and different shopping places.

The elevator was very slow, the shower got cloaked up as soon as we turned it on. Breakfast didn’t have many options.

The breakfast lobby & How close it was to the beach, less than 5 minutes walk!

I wish they had ventilators in their restrooms in order to prevent the bathroom from fogging when taking showers

they are short staffed, and the staff that are working did not do their job properly. I was checked in as someone else which then at 4 o’clock in the morning was woken up by room service telling us we were not supposed to be in this room at all but the lady that morning at the front desk helped us out. also, they don’t have daily room service checks.

The foods are well stocked up.

It can be served better with hot scrambled eggs and sauces.

The location was great and close to boardwalk and ocean. Our check in was great with the young man at the counter.

Pool was not open and gym was also closed. Also no everyday housekeeping due to "staff shortage". No scrambled eggs for breakfast but they had double sausage. Make it make sense.

It was conveniently located to the restaurant we wanted to go out too. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This property is in a good location.

I do not like the way Kim, the manager spoke to me because I failed to extend my reservation prior to checkout time at 11:00 am. Kim was very rude and her tone was abrupt and confrontational.
