Property very run down. Rood in poor condition. Common areas dirty and unsightly. Ice machine broken

I called and they told me that it was close to call in the morning, I went online and booked my stay with booking.com when i got there were two women, I do not know their names but the black woman was mad and told me was close, Hispanic women told me no isn't close that she was clocking out but happy to help me. she did register me and give me a receipt. the room stunk and the bedroom was chaotic, doors broken paint pailing, bathtub pailing. was horrible. I stay one night just to see the hotel but I'm staying a month in the state. thank god I did that I will not waste my money here. the bed make sound to loud. incredible bad

No breakfast; didn't feel safe at times; people sitting in the stairwells - hard to get past them; electric plugs in bathroom area did not work - reported to office but they did nothing.

Everything! They have roaches, the beds are uncomfortable, the price is ridiculous for this dumb

It was a lot quieter this time than previous times of staying there. The room was clean. They even let me check in a little early. I also liked the fridge and microwave.
The only problem I really had was that the fridge in the room didn't fully work. The freezer part did so it was still nice to have.
