Room was clean and comfortable and a quick bite to eat was great to start our morning

Location was great. Easy parking. Snack run minutes away. Provides box fan because no ac.

No ac. Street is loud. Pillows smell like armpit. Room smelled at first but aired out eventually.

Hot water in shower was hard to get as the handle was broken. Called for repair and they did not come. Had to call for batteries for TV remote.

The bed was comfortable. Location was nice.

The motel was run down. The carpet was stained and dirty. Ice machine was broken no coffee maker in the room. The pool was closed empty and full of trash. Went as a group and prices were all different. Not what we booked.

Room was ok and breakfast was good.

Did not have working TV. Was promised partial refund but instead charged regular price.A motel should have TV, right?

My husband left his red back shoes there and we drove all the way from Santa Cruz to pick them up because they told us they put them aside and then when we arrived they told us a staff member must have stole them.

Some staff should not be hired. One lady was very helpful but a man assisting basically said bad luck they have gone.

This room was generally clean and spacious, with a convenient desk table. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, with options such as waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and frozen sandwiches. The location was ideal, located close to all the attractions in South Lake Tahoe.

The most significant issue that impacted our stay was a disturbance that occurred at 1:00 AM on a Saturday morning. We were abruptly awakened by loud knocking and aggressive yelling at our door. Despite not answering, the individual persisted in trying other doors in the building while shouting, making us feel unsafe. The cause of the disturbance seemed to be related to lost airpods, however, we couldn't understand exactly what was being said. This episode was particularly frustrating as we had been skiing all day and were exhausted. Additionally, our stay was further marred by the absence of parking for our unit upon arrival and the lack of a hairdryer in the room. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this lodging to others.
