Being let into my room not having a key until 10:30pm and being given the wrong key to someone else’s room. This was really ghetto as Hel roach was on the bathroom ceiling stink bug in the room I would dare recommend this place also I heard a loud sound all night in my room like something was hitting the fridge

The distance of restaurants and variety was so convenient.

The pool was closed and was not notified until arrival.

Def not appropriate staff. First young man non-apologetic about NO POOL available - said it was for servicing. The pool was dark green. Had we been told prior that it was not available, would have DEF chosen another place to stay. At 3:00, room not available for 4:00 check-in even though there was NO way the hotel was full booked. Was on a non-smoking floor and hallway smelled of smoke. Room did not. I had a stain on my coverlet on bed. Min temp allowed is 60 for AC TV not a lot of options for watching. TRIED to use fitness room - card would NOT open it. Went downstairs to same non-caring young man, he took card, ran it through something and gave back -- went back up, did NOT open. Went back down, different person - gave me another card and asked me to bring back when done - that card did NOT open it. I went back down a third time - asked him to come with me. His card worked. When in fitness room - weights only had ONE 15 lb and ONE 20 lb. No 10 lb or less options. Hot in room, AC not cool at all. Chairs in halls were torn fronts, need to be reupholstered. Carpets disgusting. Floors in elevators muddy and smell. Thankfully we only were in room not long while we were there out of town for our plans. Where I'm from Windham Gardens are almost as good as Marriotts -- this location was NO WHERE close to even a Hotel 6. AWFUL! Breakfast was one of the worst -- ONE girl to cook and clean. Bacon was thin and overcooked. Cereal was off brand. Juice machine broken. Eggs were not kept up to amounts in trays. And when food brought out, it was in same dirty tray as last times. No cold or filtered water available -- was told had to purchase from vending machine. Coffee was yukky taste. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in a long time! I have pictures of all.

It was convenient and the beds we’re comfortable

The staff was not friendly. Only cleaned our room 1 time in the 4 nights we stayed. Did not have clean bath towels for us 2 days while we were there. Ice machine on first floor does not work and it didn’t seem that the staff new it. And obviously did not care.

The bathroom has mold in the shower the tub faucet not shut properly they mold in the ceiling of the bathroom the carpet is very dusty

Very well located and near all the attractions ! Clean and efficient staff .

Only the breakfast situation was a bit not to my satisfaction . I need it to get up very early so I could get breakfast at 6 am after 6:40 it was nothing left specially in the weekend weekdays was a bit better . It was good still put out but on weekends not enough food for everyone hardly refilled every hour like it was supposed and had seen in other places that make sure they know all the Customers had plenty to eat .
