Yeah I’d stay at Carowinds property for the extra money the pool was also closed

I liked that I would call and someone answered the phone

They don’t clean the room on Easter sunday(understandable) next day I had no clean towels or toilet paper and the toilet wouldn’t flush

No restaurant and not a descent breakfast

The website said you had buffet breakfast and you didn’t even have any eggs or any kind of meat, the breakfast was the main reason we chose this place. It also says you have a restaurant and you do not. Overall not happy and will not stay again. We go to carowinds every couple of weeks and we will have to find a different motel

Location was great, staff was great

Pool was down, limited hot breakfast, no security curtains in room, just see-through. Bathroom was very small. Shower had cracks and holes in it. Room was small for a double queen

Disappointing

It was perfectly located for Carowinds and there is a Cracker Barrel basically in the parking lot.

The man checking us in was exceptionally rude and horrible. The room wasn't cleaned properly, my daughter brought me 2 pills she found on the floor. The barn door closing off the bathroom was difficult to close. The pool was shut. The breakfast was not good at all. I won't be back. The front desk clerk really put us off.

the location was directly across the street from Carowinds which was the purpose of our trip. The guy that checked us in was super helpful, friendly and courteous.

The location was perfect. It's directly across from the Carowinds entrance.

I could tell that it has recently been renovated. It looks like it was hastily and shoddily done. All of the electrical outlets are crooked, the paint job is a little sloppy and the shower door wasn't installed properly.

the location is unbeatable. the staff were so kind and courteous. so helpful. even with the stress of the construction.

really no complaints. they are investing time and energy into construction. which is exciting.

the only thing I liked was the location. it is close to carowinds.

the elevator wasn’t working which wasn’t a huge deal. the towels and rags in our room were dirty. the curtains had something white all over them. the ac didn’t work and had stuff stuck in it. the room was so hot. we would’ve went somewhere else but everywhere was booked and it was late.

They had no breakfast, construction going on. The description said they had a buffet

Paid for a king size room, it was on 4th floor. Elevator was not working. Put us in a handicapped room on first floor,, with a gueen.

It was a place to sleep in

No breakfast, kitchen shut down, the beds were alright and the staff were very nice and cordial.

Mold in the restroom, trash behinf the bed, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The shower was outdated and had low water pressure.

The whole place smelt like weed, elevator was inoperable due to renovations, we were not told of this ahead of our stay, also thought we would be able to eat breakfast there, unable to due, again due to renovations, also was not told of this ahead of our stay, and no daily housekeeping

Dropped Ceiling in the dining area pulling away from main ceiling from water damage. Looked like it was about to fall. Carpet was dirty main hallways.

Convenient located at a good spot !

I liked how friendly the staff were .

The only entrance is the front no other doors worked so the walk to my room which was located in the back felt like it took forever to get to room I barely wanted to leave .

Location to Amusement Park and Staff.

The carpet was ditty, pillows were old, shower head was dirty, water pressure was low, and shower head holder would not stay up.
