IT was nice to be able to have a hot breakfast on Saturday morning after a long ride on Friday evening.
The hotel was easy to find and access.
My German Shepherd pup was also accommodated! We would stay here again!
Nothing needs to be changed. Everything about the hotel and staff were at or above expectations.

Didn't actually stay there, even though we had reservations. I had seen online a couple days before our stay that the elevator was not working. I called the hotel to make sure that we had a first floor room as my husband is disabled and cannot do stairs. They said they would put it on our reservation. When we arrived we were told there weren't any rooms on the first floor. I said that we couldn't stay there then. The front desk person just said ok and that was it!
No compassion that we were out our reservation.

Location was good as well as the breakfast
When we arrived, we received the room on the third floor and then found out the elevator doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for quite a while.
My wife is 82 years old who just had a knee replacement. It was not easy for her to climb three flights of stairs to get to the room. I really felt I was ripped off staying there .we would have left however it was late and we were tired from the long drive.

No elevator service, pets allowed )love pets but not in a hotel), many stains on carpet. Breakfast was supposedly included but the set up lady arrived late to work and we had to leave before she had anything ready. We had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. What a drag!

The elevator was broken, and they gave us a room on the third floor. My wife is unable to walk up that many stairs, and I cannot carry luggage that high.

Personnel accueillant,check in et check out très rapide ,grande chambre,2 lits double , tres bon déjeuner beaucoup de choix ,omelettes au fromage et saucisse,etc. A 2 minutes de la I95.

Tapis taché de la chambre ,cage d’ascenseur pas très propre,rien d’autres a redire compte tenu du prix.

L emplacement proche de tout et restaurant a proximite
La pomme de douche. Pas beaucoup de pression et de plus la barre de securite dans la douche etait brise.

Room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of hot options. Would stay again.
There was a very mild odor when I first entered the room but I know they accept pets so it could have been that.

Price was great, hotel was very clean, all expected amenities
Clerk called me 45 minutes prior to my arrival to ask if I needed two queens and a pull out bed….yes, that’s why I reserved one several weeks back. Same clerk let me standing behind her what appeared to be personal conversation while waiting for a sheet for the pull out bed, with the woman she was trying to fine my room to (point of the call to ask if I needed two queen and pull out). Clerk was horrible.

The girls at the front desk where nice
When we got into bed we have makeup on the sheets which leads me to believe they don’t change sheets. Our bathroom smells of cigarette smoke and the entire hotel smells like pot. I feel just gross

Location was good. Price was right. Coffee was excellent . Bed was comfortable and room very clean.
Our stay was just overnight so there was nothing to dislike in such a short stay.

1st room smelled like weed/marijuana(room 309) then room that were transferred has screw on the floor near the closet and a sharp metal piece on the side of one bed.

It was okay for the area it was in. The main bed was clean.
The tub was clean. TV was ok but we didn't really use that it that much. They have ice. Husband said the staff were VERY nice though. For Florence that's saying something because most others just don't care.
I'd recommend it.
Florence, SC isn't the best place to get a hotel and that's just how it is. Breakfast wasn't my son's favorite.The inside of the door to the bathroom had long hairs on it where someone decided to wipe their shower hairs and someone else decided not to clean them. The pull out had a weird stain that I'm telling myself was just pudding.

In the room, the toilet was dirty, a couple of bugs were found on the bed, the shower was not clean. It was just disappointing this time and I really wanted my money back.

Close to hospital and I-95. Staff and front desk were friendly and tried to be helpful.
Outer damage on room door that exposed deadbolt on first room, two other rooms were not clean, sticky floor, some kind of crusty material on bed skirting, and even had beer in the fridge. We decided to stay in the 4th room. Smoke detector went off at 2am because battery died. They changed the battery and it went off again the next day. Just a plethora of issues.

Clean and friendly environment.
Pool access. Information card said pool was open from 9 am to 9 pm, but staff said pool is only available from 5 pm to 10 pm. Our stay was short and we never got to use the pool.

It was easily accessible from the highway. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Lots of surrounding restaurants and gas stations. Tons were adequate and comfy.
When you pull up it looks great. Inside it was a disappointment. The lobby was great but then as headed to my room it began looking shabby. My room was dirty. The bathroom was not wiped down well at all and we found dog feces in our closet.
