I liked that the property was smoke free and that it was very clean and had warm blankets.

I didn’t like that we did not receive any complementary water to make our coffee in the morning or hangers to hang our clothes in the closet provided.

Repairs have been a nice touch. I like that the facility is locked up, you need your room key to get in the building

Good price and property is well lit/safe. Near lots of restaurants etc.

Room was clean but smelled like urine in one corner. No toilet paper holder. Odd decor.

Un peu plus haut de gamme que les motels/hôtels qu'on a eu sur notre séjour. Soin du décor des chambres (lumières tamisées / miroirs). Piscine et spa ouverts tard (22h), mais l'eau de la piscine était trop froide pour les enfants.

Excentré. Température de l'eau de la piscine trop froide. Draps d'un des 2 lits bien tâchés, on ne savait pas vraiment s'ils avaient été changés.

I like that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the pool area was lit up so beautifully, the jacuzzi was amazing! The beds were very clean and comfortable. For the money we paid, I think it was so worth it. Didn’t feel like a cheap / dirty hotel. The bed sheets and blankets felt good quality. Also, we were a 6 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, and only a 15 minute drive from Pismo beach.

The drapery / curtains seemed outdated for the hotel. In one of our rooms, the sliding door glass was shattered and felt a little risky and dangerous. It wasn’t fixed by the time we checked in. Also, I booked three rooms at the same time, I thought that would be enough to alert staff to reserve the rooms together but I was told I need to call to advise they should be together. It’s okay, it didn’t make it less fun but would’ve been just a tad bit more convenient.

The hotel had a pool and hot spa but otherwise there is nothing to like about this hotel

Hotel is miles out of town, beside a busy highway. Staff were uninterested (don't think the reception even said a word when we checked in, and nothing again when we had to change rooms as the first had just a double bed for a family of four). Grounds of the hotel were unkempt. Luckily we stayed for just one night

The photos definitely make the property look 10x better than reality . The area is very sketchy and in a small random cut off the highway. The pool area is small and surrounded by chain link fence . Photos advertised make it look way more appealing . All the grass outside room sliding door is dead and yellow. No patio furniture . Just a huge stretch of completely dead grass and a beat up parking lot. Had to change rooms twice - First room had water all over the floor from a leak . Second room had dirty sheets and long strands of hair in the bed / on night stand . Asked for a refund and left. Definitely did not trust the area and rooms were not cleaned properly . Watch out if you decide to stay here. I recommend finding another place .
