Check in was easy .

Night staff was very rude to my daughter over the vending machine taking my daughters money.. I have a bad back and the elevator was broken and of course the only room they could give us was on the second floor..

No remote for the television the first night, a/c unit was leaking water. Mold in the restroom

They are trying to upgrade the hotel with new paint, new furnishings and new bedding. The beds were fairly comfortable. The front desk attendant was helpful with changing our room. More work is definitely needed.

In their attempts to upgrade/remodel, there were holes left in the walls beside the tub and toilet. The bathroom door was repainted but the hinges were still old and rusty. The water was yellow. The second and third floors were upgraded/remodeled first. There were no first floor rooms due to the remodeling - and the elevator was broken! For an 83 yr old woman, that wasn't too good! Also, the terrible odor we smelled outside was found coming from a dead rat at the end of the stairwell!!

Bed was comfortable

Water doesn't get hot. Was told its a microwave and fridge in room and it wasn't. LIGHT BULBS WERE MISSING OUT THE LAMPS

The sheets were very dirty. There was literal feces on the bathroom wall. There were bugs in the room and shower. I ended up buying a sheet set, towels, and bleach wipes from Walmart to clean the room because the room was so dirty. They also require a $50 cash deposit that isn't mentioned online. The attendant that checked us in was extremely rude. The only reason I stayed is because it's non refundable.

The whole experience was terrible! The room was very nasty, unclean and had dirty linen. I did not stay at the room, I only left my families clothes in the room for the first day. The water was brown and there was hair all over the tub and the toilet was broken. The water was luke warm at best. Terrible nasty hotel and I'm just glad I didn't see bedbugs.
