The location was perfect for exploring the river walk and downtown!

Clean, updated, and spacious Atrium suite for family of 5. There is no carpet in the room!! Beautiful lobby and secure (room key required) elevators and lobby bathrooms for safety. The breakfast buffet was high-quality and included a make your own omelette station! Hyatt Regency on riverwalk is now my go-to when I stay in San Antonio!

Noise from other guests. Outdoor noise late at night. Guests cooking in their room ( Room 563) - and ensuing smell in the hall and room from that hamburger grilling!

The room was lovely and very clean. The drinks in the bar were great and the limited food we had was also very good. All staff we encountered were well trained and very nice.

The room was noisy though we requested a quiet room. Third floor over street and river. Though the view was lovely and we appreciated that. The revving motorcycles during early morning hours made it difficult to sleep. Also storage in the room was EXTREMELY limited. There was one drawer and an open closet with 8 hangers for two of us to share for a three day visit.

The staff and location are fantastic.

The rooms are too dark even with every light on in the room.

I love this place I’ve been staying here for almost 3 years every time we go to San Antonio
