Cleanliness, room comfort, room condition (many damaged/broken spots), did not have the king size room that we reserved well in advance

I liked the room was clean. The shower felt good and the air conditioning was cold
When we first checked in our room, you can instantly smell smoke. It had my sinus all messed up. The sheets had a few stains on them.

the room was not clean. a previous guest’ socks were behind the bathroom door. there was food in the sink. a dirty plastic table knife was in the floor. the mattresses were soft and lumpy.

I was clean but not throughly. Found condoms in the nightstand.
There were people who lived there. Playing loud music and having a large cookout. It was very loud!

it’s a motel not a hotel,
shower curtains were covered in pink and black mold
toilet made a constant hissing noise thru the night
people partying in the parking lot until the early morning with loud music

No clean linen. Microwave was not cleaned on a daily basis.

The beds were comfortable.
It was not fully cleaned. No coffee maker in the room. The furniture, trim and doors were all chipping and scratched. The main office entrance smelled bad and the staff were unorganized and very slow to help.

The rooms was all missed I had to get another hotel the customer service was trouble the employee act like she off something was just the worst experience every. It looks nothing like the pic the outside was terrible will never recommend this place to anyone
