The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. It was also so cute they decorated for Easter while there. The pool was excellent and the location was in the center of everything.

Breakfast wasn’t great, floors were ripped in our room and hole in bottom of bathroom wall that looked moldy and mildewed, weird stains on wall and very long black hair all over bathroom wall, floor, and shower. Several other problems that kept us from all being together as a family to go to the pool together and to town together. Our dog has anxiety and has never traveled so would bark when we left the room and we were threatened to be kicked out if one of us didn’t stay with her. We were there to celebrate my sons birthday and couldn’t spend it together as a family.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, the cooks were very kind. The indoor pool was nice and the water was warm. There is enough parking. I was able to bring our dog along for a reasonable fee.

Great location.

The level of noise when the hotel room doors close is ridiculous. If they are left to close on their own, they slam and the walls rattle. This happened a LOT at all hours. Walls are paper thin between rooms. Hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free, but a previous tenant in our room wrapped the smoke detector in a plastic bag, which was a massive safety hazard. No telling how long it was actually there. Someone staying in a nearby room also smoked marijuana at least twice during our stay which we noticed because the skunk smell permeated our room both times - once was around 2AM and the smell was so strong it woke us up. We reported the smell and the bag on the smoke detector. They sprayed air freshener in our room once and said they’d investigate the smell and also have housekeeping check the detectors.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Keith, who was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. That is something I definitely notice when I walk into a hotel. A smile and a friendly hello makes all the difference and Keith showed that! Room and bed was very comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Perfect temperature of water! Loved how the pool was open 24 hours, unlike other hotels that close by 10, cause after a fun filled day, it was nice to go for a swim and sit in the hot tub before heading to bed 😊

There was an odor in the 5th floor hallway that was horrible. I believe it was coming from either the ice machine or pop machines.
