The pool was nice
I emailed the property to assist with cancellation/ rescheduling of the reservation and received no response. The person I actually booked to trip for was unable to come due to a cancelled flight into JFK. I had to go alone and then the room wasn’t even ready for the 4pm check-in time. Then during checkout I heard a reservation being scheduled for over $100 less for a one night stay. I thought it was a joke…

I loved the location and the patio
The sofa beds were not clean at all and there was no security at night so it felt a little dangerous and it was extremely loud especially since I was facing the pool side. There were guests hanging out/partying at 3AM and it woke me and my family up....

We were delighted when the check-in assistant was able to upgrade us to a suite. It was very kind of her and we certainly appreciated her initiative!
Previously we had stayed closer in town and prefer that location, but it was interesting exploring a different area.

My wife and I loved the room we stayed in. Spacious, large kitchen and refrigerator. Comfortable bed.
We have been coming to Montauk every year for the past 30+ years. Our only downside is, for the prices that we are now paying, we are disappointed that we don't get daily service of room cleaning. This has been the trend for the past several years and we still can't get used to that.

The room we rented was extremely cleaned and very nicely decorated. We had a view of the pool and Block Island Sound. The resort is located on the sound and has a lovely area with tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. This is great for enjoying a nice lunch or a cup of coffee. The other guests were nice and polite and it was very quiet which made for a wonderful and relaxing time. A beautiful sandy beach is just steps away. Highly recommended this location.
A nice ice machine would be wonderful :)

Loved the view and having a full kitchen was great.
The bed upstairs was very uncomfortable. Also the upstairs tv was so small it doesn’t even make sense to have it there.

This efficiency apartment has a beautiful view. The staff has been very nice. The pool is very clean. The room is clean and a good size for us. We’re a family of three. The location is great, we are a few minutes drive down to the main part of town. But we have a lot of bars, restaurants and a beach area in walking distance.
The light on the back deck Doesn’t shut off from the room. I guess it’s on a timer.

Heated pool. Good location . Good view of the water.
The room you get by using Booking.com is like a maids quarter and is the only one like it. All other rooms are facing the pool or the sound. If your going to stay here do NOT USE booking.com. Call the property directly and get any room other then room 100.
