Spacious room with coffee/tea in-room. Nice dining area and bar. I also like having a real metal key instead of an electronic key. Courteous front desk staff.

Wish I had known we wouldn't get linens changed, bed made, or trash collected during the 5 days there. I understand the labor shortage, etc. and realize at home I don't make the bed, change out towels, or remove trash every day. I get it. But, knowing that ahead of time would have then let me know what to expect, accept that, and move on. Not knowing, I'd approach my room each afternoon following my conference sessions and before putting the key in the lock, I'd say to myself: "I wonder if they came today to tidy the room?" And be mildly disappointed. Also, I wish that access to the Internet was more available. However, learning upon arrival that internet access is limited to an area of the lobby made it okay, and something I could plan for. Again, letting people know what to expect up front is a major plus!

Everything was nice. Room was cozy if somewhat small.

Not enough light in the room. The only way you could get more light is open the curtains but was right by the parking lot and to stop people to look in on you is to close the curtains. Also talked to individuals at the hotel as was quoted one price on booking.com but when checking out, they billed me a higher rate. They said that they would get back with me on this but want to make sure I only pay the rate quoted when making the reservation.

The room and common areas were clean and renovated to a modern standard, and the location and nearby restaurants were great

Room and bathroom were small, and the restaurant was closed. No wifi in the room. The Starbucks in the lobby had very limited hours.
