I liked the set up of the property.
There were roaches in the room and all the staff did was spray for bugs. Even after they sprayed for the roaches, we still found more.

The room smell really bad like pee or something really weird. Everything was fine just the smell was really bad

Location, location, location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel including the pools, were well maintained.

Bunk beds were super tiny!!! My 11 year old is small and there wasn't enough room to be comfortable!!

Great location comfortable and good for a family. . We had an issue with the refrigerator and tv not working since it couldn't get fixed we were moved right away. Friendly staff Quite at night

location was great the pool was clean cool and pretty
my wife was hit in the head by a large table umbrella leaving a huge know in her head and a headache. we reported it to the hotel and not one person said a word to us regarding the accident. it’s been over 24 hours she still has a headache and cannot touch the area on her head.
