The hotel itself it's really nice, good facilities, good room, great bed and the location was excellent because I was going to an event that was literally next door.

My room wasn't clean for the 2 days and a half days that I stayed. Not sure why. There was a concierge at my floor with amenities but they were rarely stocked. The show was weird, it was either burning hot or ice cold, there was no in between. The TV was good but the brightness was very low and there was no options to get it brighter.

When we arrived the hotel check in was very busy. They had apparently oversold King rooms so the desk staff asked if I would be willing to take a queen room. I agreed and he rewarded us with breakfast tickets.

Once we got to our room the Remote stopped working the TV. I attempted to use the buttons on the side to turn it off but it did not work. I called down and the front desk said that they did not have anyone on staff to come up to the room to see what the problem was. They offered us to move to a different room but I declined the offer. I just unplugged the HDMI cable from the back of the TV and it went off. Clearly staffing is still a problem. I know that they did the best that they could.

The property was in a great location and was very clean. Staff was super nice. I’ve stayed here multiple times and some rooms are more dated than others. This time our room had some paint chipping at the ceiling and the curtains looked old. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not. Overall it’s a great hotel but pricing wise it should be nicer because it is alot more expensive than some other hotels nearby.

Chipped paint and scratches around room, uncomfy pillows, dated carpet, old curtains.

Great comfy bed

Scenery was nice.

Not worth 200 a night. Dehydrated no water in hotel room. Had to ask for water twice took 30 minutes to recieve. Room dusty, no tub, not worth 200 dollars.
