The most amazing staff EVA! They could not do enough for me, were so polite, went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable and called me by my name! This doesn’t happen in hotels!
Not much - lack of swimming pool would be the only thing but they can arrange access for you at one nearby. I didn’t do this as I ended up being too busy - next time!

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. High quality service, the staff was always helpful.
The cherry blossom tea was amazing... wish they would leave the service out a little longer in the morning.

Staff and bellmen we extremely helpful and thoughtful. My daughter absolutely loved the stuffed animals they brought out for her.

Service was exceptional. The Greenhouse had a nice ambiance and was perfect for a brunch with friends. The room was very comfortable and lush with no detail overlooekd.
Since there is no coffee in the room would have like coffee and tea service all day in the lobby

Beautiful hotel at a great location. The staff was nice and the managers very capable. Great concierge as well, very helpful with advice & restaurant bookings.

I liked everything about this beautiful hotel! The staff was very welcoming and the suit I stayed in was very spacious and luxurious! I would definitely stay with The Jefferson again!

The staff at breakfast was not very nice, which contrasted with all the other services.
